Information about ticket delivery and access methods
Introduction
This Shipping and Delivery Policy ("Policy") explains how tickets and access credentials for CyberPeace Summit 2.0 are delivered to registered participants. Since we provide digital tickets and access, this Policy covers electronic delivery methods.
1. Delivery Method
All tickets are delivered digitally via email. We do not ship physical tickets or materials.
- Primary Method: Email delivery to your registered email address
- Digital Ticket: QR code and registration confirmation sent via email
- Online Dashboard: Access your ticket through your registered account on our Platform
2. Delivery Timeline
A. Immediate Confirmation
Upon successful registration and payment:
- • Payment confirmation email sent immediately
- • Registration confirmation email sent within 5-10 minutes
- • Access to your ticket dashboard is available immediately
B. Ticket Delivery
Your digital ticket with QR code will be delivered:
- • Within 24 hours of successful payment
- • Via email to your registered email address
- • Accessible through your account dashboard
C. Event Reminders
Additional communications:
- • Event reminder emails sent 7 days before the event
- • Final reminder with venue details sent 24 hours before the event
- • Important updates and announcements via email
3. Accessing Your Ticket
You can access your ticket through multiple methods:
Check your registered email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the ticket email. The email will contain a downloadable PDF ticket with QR code.
Online Dashboard
Log in to your account on our Platform and navigate to the "My Tickets" or "Dashboard" section to view and download your ticket.
Mobile App
If available, download our mobile app and access your ticket through your registered account.
4. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your ticket email:
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes emails may be filtered. Check all email folders including spam, junk, and promotions.
- Verify Email Address: Ensure you provided the correct email address during registration. Check for typos.
- Check Payment Status: Ensure your payment was successful. Check your bank statement or payment confirmation.
- Access Dashboard: Log in to your account on our Platform to access your ticket directly.
- Contact Support: If you still cannot access your ticket, contact us at summit@cyberpeace.net with your registration ID and payment details.
Important: Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event if you have not received your ticket to ensure timely resolution.
5. Ticket Validity
Your digital ticket:
- Is valid only for the registered participant (non-transferable)
- Must be presented at the event venue (digital or printed copy)
- Contains a unique QR code for entry verification
- Should be kept secure and not shared with unauthorized persons
6. Physical Materials
No Physical Shipping: We do not ship any physical materials, merchandise, or promotional items. All event materials, if any, will be available at the venue on the day of the event.
Any event-related materials, badges, or merchandise will be distributed at the venue registration desk upon presentation of your digital ticket.
7. International Participants
For international participants:
- Digital ticket delivery is the same for all participants regardless of location
- No additional shipping charges or customs fees apply
- Ensure your email service is accessible from your location
- Contact us if you face any email delivery issues
8. Shipping Costs
No Shipping Costs: Since all tickets are delivered digitally via email, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges. The ticket price you pay includes all delivery costs.
