Introduction
Welcome to CyberPeace Summit 2.0 ("Summit", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CyberPeace Summit website ("Platform") and participation in the Summit event. By accessing the Platform, registering for the Summit, or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform or register for the Summit.
2. Eligibility
To register for the Summit or use our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Registration and Payment
A. Registration Process
- • Registration is subject to availability and acceptance by CyberPeace
- • You must provide accurate and complete information
- • CyberPeace reserves the right to reject any registration at its discretion
- • Registration confirmation will be sent to your registered email address
B. Payment Terms
- • All ticket prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- • Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay)
- • Payment is required at the time of registration
- • All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
- • CyberPeace reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Transfer or resell tickets without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CyberPeace or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from CyberPeace.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberPeace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform or participation in the Summit.
CyberPeace's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberPeace, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
8. Modifications to Terms
CyberPeace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
10. Event Cancellation or Changes
CyberPeace reserves the right to:
- Cancel, postpone, or modify the Summit due to circumstances beyond our control
- Change the venue, date, time, or format of the Summit
- Modify the agenda, speakers, or program content
In case of cancellation or significant changes, we will notify registered participants via email and provide refund options as per our Refund Policy.
